This privacy notice sets out we at The Chase Care Home, Medway Road, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire PE29 1SF, use and protect any personal information collected or generated in relation to you whilst using our website www.thechase-carehome.co.uk

Your consent

When you contact us directly you consent to us using your data in order to contact you for the reason specified in the online form or by email.

Performance of Contract
If you decide to become a valued owner of a property at The Chase, we will require additional personal information. This data will be processed in order to perform our contract with you.

What we do with the information we gather
Register your Interest Data

Is used to register your interest and is only retained long enough to respond to your query.  This information is deleted after 24 months, unless you consent for us to retain it for other purposes, such as updates about our products or services.

Owner data

This data is stored for as long as you may be an owner with us and for seven years thereafter.

We will share the information you provide through the online enquiry form with our partner Smooth Group Limited to help ensure that your enquiry is dealt with promptly and efficiently.  Smooth Group will not use your information for any other purpose and will delete it as soon as it is no longer needed for this purpose.

This site may contain links to external sites from time to time, which contain useful information related to our properties.  We take care to ensure that any sites listed on our website are reputable, however, as you can appreciate, once you use these links, we do not have any control over how that external site may use your personal data.
