Set in the idyllic market town of Huntingdon, this luxury care home boasts a brand new state of the art building, beautifully designed to be a warm and welcoming space. There are 61 superbly comfortable private bedrooms, along with stylish shared rooms for dining and reclining, plus many private relaxation areas. And if all that wasn’t enough, step onto the outdoor terraces and enjoy the vistas of our beautifully landscaped gardens.
Conceived as a luxurious place to entertain friends and family, The Chase offers The Paddock Bar & Bistro, an exquisite open plan dining area as well as a large variety of private dining rooms and lounges. Residents can also take advantage of a hair salon, our Lotus Spa, a cinema room and much more.

RESPITE CARE
Stay with us a while…
Respite Care enables our residents to enjoy short-stay respite care in our luxurious surroundings from a few weeks to longer periods. Respite at The Chase enables individuals to enjoy all the benefits of The Chase, but for a limited period of time. The home provides much needed social interaction and nutritional support.
If a family carer is taking a well-deserved holiday, or you require some post-operative recovery support, then The Chase’s Respite Care presents the perfect package. Providing devoted family carers with a temporary break and true peace of mind, in the knowledge that all of our residents receive first-class care in a safe and supportive environment.
DEMENTIA CARE
There is no “One size fits all”…
Our highly experienced, compassionate team, will work to create a bespoke and tailored approach to best support our residents living with Dementia. Delivering excellent, enriching dementia care and optimising the health and happiness of each individual is essential to our mission at The Chase.
We put our residents’ needs at the heart of everything we do, from the care plans shaped around each individual we look after, to the delicious, home-cooked food that takes personal preferences and nutritional needs into account, to the social interaction schedules.
Nor do you have to feel alone if your loved one has a diagnosis of dementia. Our expert team’s guidance and support will give you the reassurance and comfort you require.
Our Facilities
The Paddock Bistro
The Paddock Bar & Bistro is an incredible open space which hosts everything from a delicious family lunch, to a decadent afternoon tea, to the imaginative, and exciting evening events we are so well-known for.
Exquisite decor, a fully-stocked hotel bar, fresh seasonal meals, served by our wonderfully attentive team. With our “everything is included” all-inclusive package, enjoy our hospitality with your family and friends.
Activities and excursions
Every month, our dedicated Activities Team offers hundreds of imaginative, creative activities that are carefully tailored to suit each resident’s interests and abilities.
Our programme of physical activities, mental stimulation, creative pursuits and social events is certain to offer a wealth of opportunities to create, watch, listen, participate, and enjoy.
Getting outside the home is important to our residents and to us. To make group excursions, maybe to a local site of interest, theatre matinee museum, or trip to the beach, we have our The Chase Minibus.
For those more private or special journeys, we have the chauffeur-driven private car – the choice is yours.
Hair salon and The Lotus Spa
Under the expert hands of our professional and highly experienced hairdressers, and therapy practitioners, we ensure our residents look and feel their best. Experience a range of treatments such as therapeutic massage, reflexology, and holistic therapies.
Treatments can do wonders for the mind, body and soul. Tailor your journey to achieve your desired results, be it to unwind and de-stress or invigorate and rejuvenate.
Fine dining
Fine dining is one of life’s greatest pleasures.
At The Chase we recognise the importance of family and friends. We believe that you are at your most happiest and contented, when surrounded by those you love and care for.
Our Fine Dining room is to gather together all those you hold dear, for an afternoon or evening of exquisite fine dining, sumptuous wines and incredible service.
It’s an incredibly beautiful space specifically for our residents to entertain their friends and family when they would like.
Beautifully landscaped gardens
Our gardens have been beautifully landscaped with our residents in mind, and our green-fingered residents are encouraged to partake wherever possible.
When the weather allows, we head outside for an al-fresco meal, to enjoy outside entertainment, or cultivate in our Gardening Club.
There is also an easy-access to sun terraces on the first floor. Our private terraces, form pockets of sunshine where residents can relax and enjoy the outdoors.
Cinema
We’ve got Big Screen Entertainment covered at The Chase with our in-house cinema room. Small screen to silver screen, enjoy your favourite movies with this immersive viewing experience.
It is also a great place to watch big sporting events or even recorded concerts and theatrical productions.
Dining & Hospitality
At The Chase we firmly believe food is an experience and a celebration. Fine dining and hospitality is quite simply one of life’s greatest pleasures.
Our menus and service provide five-star hotel standards, whether a resident is eating in the privacy of their own room at whatever time they choose, or one of our many dining rooms, or settling down for an intimate lunch or dinner with family and friends in the heart of our home, The Paddock Bar and Bistro.
Our residents are served the finest quality food, with an emphasis on fresh, seasonal ingredients, satisfying flavours, and nutritional balance. Our highly experienced chef team take great pride in tailoring our menus to suit our residents desires and preferences.
From enjoying a Champagne Breakfast, Bistro style lunch, to a decadent Afternoon Tea, or a Fine Dining Meal, we are confident there is something for everyone. However, if our Wine and Cheese Tasting evenings, or evening event Canapes don’t completely delight you, then feel free to make a special request!
We sensitively cater to individual dietary restrictions while ensuring our lovingly prepared meals are enjoyed by both yourself, and your family and friends.

Spend time in our very own full equipped Gym, enjoying regular fitness classes, Zumba Classes, or sit down aerobics.
Join our Gardening Club, or spend time wood-working with our Maintenance Manager.
Support us encourage Nature to our beautifully landscaped gardens with Tree Planting, and Bird House Building.
Event evenings

It could be a wine and cheese tasting evening, or a themed night where you’re transported to Marrakech.
